Initially created with the sole ressources both co-founders brought (100 K€), Neorphys has since obtained loans and subsidies (331 K€) from the Region Languedoc Roussillon, the State and the European Commission, as well as from private entities such as Oséo and Crealia.

A seed financing round has been achieved in march 2007 with venture capital companies Inserm Transfert Initiative and Soridec, then complemented by VC CEA Valorisation in july 2007. In total, 1.050 M€ have been raised.

Neorphys has then launched an additional road show in 2009 to support the regulatory development of NEO1509, its most advanced drug candidate, and to expand its pain pipeline. New investors have joined the syndicate : Fa Diese 2, Seillans Investissement and a number of private business angels. In total, 1.5 M€ have been raised during this new round.

Neorphys is currently launching a series A road show to support  the regulatory development of its most advanced pain drug candidate and to expand its pain pipeline.
